I was attempting to track a UPS package. It showed that it was in transit, but that it had arrived at my local station. However, it was a 2nd Air package not scheduled for delivery until the next business day in the summary information. So, your product did correctly show the summary screen. HOWEVER, since the package was already at the destination station, and could be delivered a day early, it appeared in the official tracking notes as Out For Delivery. You might want to check the most current line of the location notes to make sure they match what the summary information is. It showed In Transit, which your program showed, however, the detailed location/time information showed that it was Out for Delivery, which both the official UPS summary screen and your website missed. I know this may be a rare situation, but it had me calling the shipper and UPS several times trying to get them to hold the package, when it was already out for delivery.
Otherwise, your website is excellent. I wish you would develop an actual application for the iPhone 2.0 platform, rather than just a formatted website. Applications tend to run more smoothly and are cleaner than even an iPhone formatted website. Keep up the great work! You have a wonderful product, which I use exclusively. This has been one of the very few times that it failed to give me the most accurate and timely information available from the shipping company.
Hi Jim,
Thank you for letting us know about the issue with your shipment tracking details. I apologize for the confusion. We'll see what we can do to resolve such issues in the future.
Regarding a native iPhone app, our primary concern is that the App Store approval model adds a layer of difficulty that we'd like to avoid.
A native Packagetrackr app isn't off the table, but for now, we plan on focusing on tweaking our site so it will work in a chrome-free mode.
Love this app, well done.
Hello!
Thank you, for great app! Very useful and nice!
I have a question, do you plan to add EMS services?
Hi Igor,
Thanks for the compliments! We've just launched a page over at UserVoice that allows everyone to vote for which carriers we should support next. Right now EMS is a the top of the list, with Royal Mail. The site is http://packagetrackr.uservoice.com. It doesn't require registration, so head on over there to vote!
Thanks,
This is a great site. Very useful. Thanks!

I am a mail order freak and this tracking program is sweet! I have used it only once but compared to others I have used, it's cutting edge. I will provide additional feedback after continued use. Thanks for your product!!!
Hi Theodore,
You are among friends! We've built this site precisely to help us find out when all the stuff we've ordered is going to arrive. We have some new features we will be rolling out soon to make it even easier to stay in the know.
Thanks for the feedback and we're looking forward to hearing from you more!
UNBELIEVABLE. Your service is so ingenious, so convenient, and so useful, I can hardly describe it! The interface is modern, clean, and robust. I already bookmarked the site on my iPhone. Great job guys - keep it up!
Chris,
We're blushing! Thanks for the comment and we're glad you love the site. We have just started building our blog to keep you up to date with the goings on here at Packagetrackr HQ. Take a look!
