What are SMS notifications?

Enabling SMS notification will send a message to your mobile phone under the same conditions as the Email Notifications
  • Your shipment is reported as being Out for Delivery. Please note, not all carriers (USPS, for example) support this status.
  • Your shipment has an exception. Exceptions occur most frequently when a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, lack of signature, or weather delays.
  • Your shipment is reported as being Delivered.
  • Unicode charcters will not be supported in SMS message, will be replaced with question marks (??).
Per our privacy policy, we will never use your mobile number for any other reason. Your mobile number must be SMS capable.
This service is free from Packagetrackr, but message and data rates may apply from your service provider.

How to enable SMS notification?

  • Sign up for a Packagetrackr account, it's free!
  • Verify your email address by clicking on the verification link we email to you. If you can't find the verification email, resend it here.
  • Enable your SMS notification preferences here.
  • Verify your mobile number in your account from the Settings » Notificatons » SMS menu.
  • Add your packages and wait for notifications.
