    The user has this suggestion for Aramex: My shipment reached Bangalore from Delhi in 2 days. After that they took 8 days to give it to me. Everyday they gave me some lame excuse for not sending it to me. On the 8th day, I took the matter into my own hands. I went to their office twice, got their delivery guy's phone number (first time they gave me wrong person's number). I called the guy and arranged a place to get the shipment.

    The customer care is centralized and those people have no more idea than we do. I believe that they are also looking at the same shipment history as we do. They can provide us no more help and have not idea who is delivering the shipment.
