An anonymous recipient felt that CEVA's delivery of a shipment (#:************3105) to BRYANS ROAD, MD, US was Terrible.
The user has this suggestion for CEVA: If CEVA has committed deliveries they should have someone in the office on the weekends to handle their business instead of an answereing service. They schedule a delivery time for the weekend and you never hear any thing back from them as follow-up, and you end of waiting at home all day and still no delivery and certainly not a courtesy call to say the delivery isn't going to happen. I think this is a poor way to conduct business.
