    The user has this suggestion for CEVA: I asked them to take it upstairs and they refused. Whether it's policy or not, they should accommodate the customer. Now I have pay someone to move it upstairs as it's too heavy for me to move. Not happy with the service here.

    The user has this suggestion for CEVA: Get the package delivered on time, not make excuses when they can't keep track of it, deliver the package the day they schedule delivery instead of a week later, not schedule a 300 mile delivery 2 weeks (yes, literally 14 days) from pickup, make tracking packages and contacting them from their own site easier, and just generally treat their customers like customers, and not slaves that owe CEVA.

    The user has this suggestion for CEVA: Ceva should fullfill their estimated date deliveries. Was suppose to receive on March 8 and will not be receiving until March 13. They also want to place the blame on everyone but themselves. Each number I called I was told that someone else at another location will handle this and would have to call them. Placed calls with Supervisors over certain accounts and never received a call back. Also CEVA website would state customer had been contacted but the customer never was contacted until a day later. Had to make a phone call first and didn't receive phone call back that day when was told I would be. This is the worse shipping experience that I have had with any company. If I know that I order something and it will be shipped by CEVA I will cancel the order. They do not seem to care about customer service and being on time. It seems that you can't run a transportation service if you cannot follow through on you own schedules. If they would check all of their screens they would realize there are issues and try to contact the customer. For instance shipment being delayed in PA for one day due to mechanical issues. I knew more what was going on by tracking the package on the internet than your own employees. Only employee that was of any help was John at the Charlotte office and he was the night supervisor.

I ordered my package and had a date i should have received from ebay by February 27th. March 1st and still waiting. I'm not sure if that is my senders fault or Ceva. I had also had a terrible time just getting my tracking number. This site also says called customer and left a message. I never received a call or voice mail. Just a little off this people are
