The user has this suggestion for CEVA: if you have a box that supposedly doesn't have an address, it's not up to me to tell you the address, it's up to you to contact the place that contacted you, and find out what that address is. not only is it bad for business from my end, you have no idea who i even am. i could have gotten that tracking number and had it rerouted to my house,
at this point my package is sitting in a truck somewhere, sitting there the whole day. i have to way another whole day, with a huge window for their delivery - 9-5? that's the best you can do? if you don't have the address - shouldn't that have been the first thing seen? you would have contacted amazon at that point - right? no, we'll make the recipient wait.
Something the user liked about this shipment was: nothing so far, no package, i have to wait yet another day for it come here. i miss UPS, i would have rather had any other company deliver it for me. and the fact they didn't even have a driver, and couldn't make a special case for it - is terrible. especially when it was really your fault for not double checking the location.
