I did receive my shipment today but was lead to believe that you would at least verify that my TV was working and undamaged. Instead the box was dropped in my living room and away you went. When spending larger amounts of money on a product I wasn't impressed with your services.

    The user has this suggestion for CEVA: Companies like this don't take suggestions seriously so it doesn't matter what I suggest. But anyway here's the story: Stop making lame excuses. My package is sitting at the airport (15 minutes from home, wish I had a truck) since Thursday. On Wednesday they said it is on time and will be delivered on Thursday as scheduled. On Thursday they said it hasn't arrived yet but will be delivered Friday. On Friday they said it hasn't arrived but will arrive during weekend and will be delivered Monday. And today (Monday) when I called they said that all trucks are already loaded and deployed so it will arrive tomorrow. 20% of what paid for the order from Frys was for shipping and I'm still waiting 2 weeks after ordering.
