    The user has this suggestion for City Link: Having paid extra to have my consignment delivered on friday 18th....it never arrived.....I was in all day and left my doors open front and back....I have also a bell on each door which was never rung... I complained to the supplier of my goods and they tell me that you said I was not at home and that a card would have been left....well I am sorry but no card was left ...in fact your courier never came....I think this is very bad service on your part. It is now due to be delivered on monday.....I will now leave a note on the door to tell the courier that I am at home and to ring the bell..
