    The user has this suggestion for DHL: Start shipping earlier, or have some better way to tell the recipients the time they should receive around, instead of between now and 8pm, and when they say now it could be 1030 am... but they are very friendly I've only run into one incompetent person out of ALOT of calls, so that says something
    Something the user liked about this shipment was: Always Courteous, very easy to get an agent on the phone, and generally 99.9% of the time they are on the ball, and from what I've heard they won't stop until the truck is empty... if that's true then, I can forgo the exta tracking becase even though I may not know that minute i'll at least now i'll get it the day they say...
