A registered recipient felt that DHL Global Mail's delivery of a shipment (#:************4437) to its destination was Terrible. Their shipment was one day late or more.
The user has this suggestion for DHL Global Mail: DHL has tracked the item at the Elkridge, MD site since 2:34 am on 6 July and it is 6:30 am on 8 July. Has anyone told them about real-time GPS? Cannot understand why you can track a friend with Google, even without GPS and using cell towers on your phone, but DHL can't provide you the capability to track your package real-time. I have used UPS, USPS and DHL on several packages these last few months and UPS has been the best; but that isn't by much and not difficult when DHL & USPS are so terrible. I will probably have every packaged flagged and lost from now on.
