The user has this suggestion for DPD: Contact cliënt BEFORE delviery by tel/internet. In case of nobody´s home, leave a message in cliënts malebox with at least a telefone number so cliënt can contact the carrier for a next attempt to present a pakkage. At hte time of your "delivery" i was at home and have seen or heard nobody???
Something the user liked about this shipment was: A call from the carrier to present my pakkage so i can be at home. A telefone number on the DPD site that also works is usefull Nothing more frustrated than a number that will not function!.
