    The user has this suggestion for DPD: I called UAE to track the shipment with dpd and a lady on the fone told me that THERE IS NO DPD COMPANY IN UAE ANY MORE and Aramex has taken its place. i tried to call aramex and they told me that AWB i have is invalid .!!!!!!!!!!!

    The user has this suggestion for DPD: Regarding my order I have to say: I did not like the service provided by DHL Mozambique because my order arrived in Maputo on June 6 and only on June 14 I received in Nampula. Maputo to Nampula has flights daily and so I am surprised why there was so much delay.
    The important thing I received the order with all items but took too long.
    Something the user liked about this shipment was: The service provided by DPD UK is fast and reliable. Continue providing good service for your clients. Think in near future to open a branch in Africa particularly in Mozambique.

In case of nobody´s home, leave a message in cliënts malebox with at least a telefone number so cliënt can contact the carrier for a next attempt to present a pakkage. At hte time of your "delivery" i was at home and have seen or heard nobody???
