One still stays in DPD centre because they noticed a damage by themselves and the second I found completely damaged and wet after I opened a box. The courrier did not wait to see what I find after I open. And all this regardless the notes about fragile contents and any possible precautionarry packing measures (towels, and other soft materials). The package came on time, but nothing is left from it.
