The user has this suggestion for FedEx SmartPost: Implement a better notification system. My package was to be delivered by the 27th. Package made it to my area by 6am on the 27th, but was changed to the 28th. I waited all day for it, and suddenly at 4pm, the estimated delivery date disappeared and no update has been posted since. Its not nearly 6pm, and I have no idea when the package will arrive.
Something the user liked about this shipment was: I appreciate the fact that Saturday delivery is a "possibility", though it did not work out in my situation as I spent an entire Saturday sitting home for nothing.
