The user has this suggestion for FedEx SmartPost: This package only had to travel 20 miles... and FedEx Ground gets them here the next day. First it went to the regular hub, then went 50 miles out of the way... and was delivered on the 3rd day. But according to the tracking, it is still sitting at the 2nd location!!! What a joke!!!!!!!
Something the user liked about this shipment was: There is nothing good about "Smart" Post... I have always had problems with it, and I live in a major metropolitan area!!
