    Something the user liked about this shipment was: I have received x3 packages (paintings actually) and have been super impressed with the care taken each time to insure there was no damage. So professionally and carefully packaged on all three occasions...and on time. Original "artwork" is not something you can just return for replacement if it's damaged. I'm more than just impressed...I'm grateful. Thank you Spee-Dee!

    The user has this suggestion for Spee-Dee Delivery: I dropped this package off at Border Boxes in International Falls on Tuesday, May 21 and was told that the package would be delivered on Friday, Saturday at the latest. It took a full week for the package to be delivered. Next time I will use the United States Postal Service for sending packages. (The cost was the same and I've always had good luck with the post office, this is the first (and only time) I have used Spee Dee

    The user has this suggestion for Spee-Dee Delivery: Check all their "TO:" labels upon accepting so they cannot blame the sender / company causing them to reroute back and forth everywhere claiming they don't the the state/zip though is all on record. Also, no other ship co. blames the fact that they are short on drivers! No driver (A.J.) in Mt. Vernon, IL or anywhere else should have right to hold it for 3 days on truck, keep taking it back to his hub because he wants his day to end, then forcing the sender / receivers to call HQ and even the hub itself by figuring out how myself, spending hrs of time on phone calls begging to please deliver our pkg which took 8 days (excl Sun). No one bothered to look up delivery info/phone etc or explain at HQ as to why this pkg was not being delivered. In fact, I was hung up on many times by a young operator (Heather) though I was not unkind but did tell her I would report her if she hung up again as I had a right to call for help - so she accused me of THREATENING HER - utterly ridiculous. I do hope SDee listens to its operator recordings. Or I was constantly put on hold for 5, 10, 15, 20 min. at a time to a CS line without any explanation as I was in MID-sentence. If I did that when I worked a 20-line switchboard for Alcon, I would have been fired immed! Personally, if I'd had a choice I would have never used this del. co. A few indv., though in a hurry with me and not sure believing me there was a real problem (ie: address not confirmed by SD, driver holding 3 days in his truck taking box back to Mt. Vernon every night, and esp the operators handling of all calls) did try to help after I had to get frustrated and beg. Karen, Devon, and someone named Stacey tried to help but I think they really didn't know there was some serious problems w/address & driver. Lastly, driver (A.J. believe it is - under Joseph @ MT. V, IL hub) never said one kind word to my parents nor gave reason nor apology. My parents were befuddled by that, as am I. Had I been him, esp since I had called and he was standing there before he left this a.m. to deliever it so he knew this was an elderly couple who had a plumber waiting, I would have said SOMETHING nice. What they got is & I quote "Sign here, please." Is this guy who u want?
