I asked specifically if UPS MailInnovations ever received the package because the shipped claimed UPS picked it up from them. UPS MI never answered the question, they just kept saying "we can't assist you" and "We suggest you contact the shipper" when I already told them I contacted the shipper first and they told me to contact UPS. UPS Mail Innovations provide absolutely no service at all.
