    The user has this suggestion for UPS: Realize that if you find that you missed putting a package on the truck, you should not just go "meh... We'll get to it later" but rather go through and deliver based on your promise. (Track result shows "missed at facility" less then 1/2 hour after it was marked as being "out for delivery." As such, it is possible that the truck was not even 10 minutes out of the station...)
    Something the user liked about this shipment was: At days, not a thing other than their drivers, who are generally speaking very good human beings. The organization OTOH needs a little bit of work...
