Follow up when packages aren't delivered. We were apparently left a sticker saying to contact smartpost. We didn't get it. We called FedEx, they couldn't find the package with the related tracking number. Poor design.

Go Bankrupt! Service is Horrible. Shipped on 11/26 sent all over the US and here it is 12/19 and you guys can't find it! Three weeks and still no package and your phone lines are all too busy to answer.

Don't show that my package is at the Post Office when indeed it isn't because I work at the Post Office and know for a fact it hasn't arrived there yet. This isn't the first time that this has happened with FedEx SmartPost. We have got numerous complaints about SmartPost.

Stop losing packages. My package started in Los Angeles, CA, and I live in San Diego, CA (2 hours south of LA). Instead, my package was shipped to Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan, where it was lost. Also, it should be easier to find out how to track SmartPost packages on their website, and the tracking should be updated more often.

It's too slow. My post office leaves it sitting at the sort station in Salt Lake for sometimes nearly week! It's very frusterating. I think I may start boycotting stores who use smartpost.

Had to leave a message with your customer service department
