Smartpost is the most ridiculous service ever. I live in Nebraska the package started in Minnesota on 01.03.19 and had 01.12.19 as expected delivery which is pushing it to begin with but half way in they decided to change date to 01.15.19 it went from MN to their Olathe Kansas site the. Of course sat for 2 days. And then went to Aurora Colo. And finally left 4 days later and I assumed it was heading here to Nebraska. Oh no it's now in Henderson Colorado. Wow. I swear it takes more effort to hold our packages for days on end at each stop than it does just getting it on the next freaking truck.

I'd appreciate it if FedEx would stop telling merchants we can get smartpost packages to your so called valued customers in 4 to 7 days. And I would appreciate it if the company I ordered from actually stated free shipping will be through s**tpost. Spend the extra money for normal shipping it's not worth saving a few bucks if it takes this long

I am still waiting for package. They have changed my delivery to even longer wait and the 1st estimate was already 7 business day wait. Now it's adding 3 more business days so a total of 5 more days to estimate. Not happy at all I would have gladly paid for normal shipping instead of free but the normal shipping was showing 3 to 5 and free was showing 5 to 7 so I thought hey I can wait 2 more days but 11 business days come on guys!

Don’t ever use FedEx “Smartpost”. I paid $8 for shipping from Colorado Springs, CO to Prescott, AZ. THE PART WAS ONLY $20 AND ITS TINY. The item shipping on the 19th. How is the delivery date not until the 27th? That’s insane. It’s sitting in Phoenix RIGHT NOW!! I’ve literally gotten a package from China faster than this. I can not believe it. Unreal. It's all about the the money they save by shipping this way and not about meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations or giving the customer great service.
