Stop losing packages. My package started in Los Angeles, CA, and I live in San Diego, CA (2 hours south of LA). Instead, my package was shipped to Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan, where it was lost. Also, it should be easier to find out how to track SmartPost packages on their website, and the tracking should be updated more often.

They should fix the problem that there system has with holidays season. The tracking number of my item was suppost to be in one place. After the holidays, the system keep showing that the package was in the same place. After one business day the system refresh the information and shows that the package was in other place. It was a wear situation, but everything was fine.
